C & R Ventures stands as a testament to the enduring spirit of the American farmer, with a family farm heritage dating back to the 1870s. Currently led by patriarch Ralph Tucker, the farm spans over 4,000 acres, including 845 acres of red and yellow potatoes. Ralph’s sons and sons-in-law—Allen, Bennet, Brian, and Connor—now manage the day-to-day operations, with the next generation, Andy, Billy, Marcus and Ryan proudly joining the ranks. Though the farm has evolved through the years, its unwavering dedication to farming remains. As Bennet Tucker says, “Farming means everything. It’s not what we do, it’s who we are; it goes right to the core.”​

When not working the land the families enjoy spending their free time on fishing trips to Canada and neighboring Minnesota, as well as playing golf and curling.​
