Arrange a rack in the middle position of the oven and preheat to 475-degrees.
In a bowl, toss the potatoes with oil, garlic salt, onion powder, paprika and salt. Transfer to a greased baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes; turn potatoes over. Bake an additional 12-15 minutes or until fork tender and golden brown.
