Roasted Russet Potatoes
Don’t peel the potatoes! The Russet potato skin has more nutrients than the interior of the potato. It is loaded with fiber; about half of the potatoes fiber is from the skin.
You can also make these in your air fryer! Simply toss the potatoes in a bowl with all of the ingredients. Preheat air fryer to 400-degrees. Add to air fryer and cook at 400-degrees for 15 minutes, or until desired crispiness.
