  • 6 medium Farmer's Promise Red potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • Freshly chopped parsley (Optional)


  • Preheat oven to 400-degrees. Wash potatoes and cut each into 8 slices lengthwise. Place the sliced potatoes on a large rimmed baking sheet. In a bowl, combine oil, garlic, salt, pepper and paprika; mix until combined. Toss with your hands to thoroughly coat.
  • Roast for 40 minutes or until tender and lightly browned on the edges. Remove from the oven and stir or flip the potatoes over with a thin spatula. Roast an additional 10-15 minutes, until deep golden brown. Serve alone or with the dipping sauces of your choice and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
