Premium Steakhouse Russet Potato
- 4 Farmer's Promise Russet potatoes, scrubbed and pierced with a fork
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 tsp. Kosher salt, course
- 4 tbsp. butter
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp. fresh minced chives
- sour cream
Preheat oven to 450-degrees.
Cut an “x” in the top of the potato; fluff flesh.
Brush or rub outsides of potatoes with olive oil and kosher salt.
Place potatoes on a rack lined baking sheet.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until fork tender.
Add butter to flesh; season with salt and pepper. Serve with chives and sour cream.
