Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 2 each Farmer's Promise potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. bacon fat
  • 1 tbsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • ½ c. Sour Cream
  • ½ tbsp. chipotle peppers, canned in adobo sauce, chopped fine

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F
  • Slice potatoes lengthwise into ¼-inch slices.
  • Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place potatoes in basket and brush with melted bacon fat.
  • Sprinkle potatoes evenly with Montreal steak seasoning.
  • Cook potatoes for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • While potatoes cook, mix sour cream with chipotle peppers. For a milder sauce, use less peppers.
