  • lbs. Farmer's Promise Russet potatoes, scrubbed and wedged lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. steak seasoning
  • ½ tsp. garlic salt
  • ½ tsp. onion salt
  • 2 tbsp. fresh minced parsley


  • Preheat oven to 475-degrees. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, steak seasoning, garlic salt and onion salt. Transfer to a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12 minutes; turn potatoes over. Bake an additional 12-15 minutes, or until tender and golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
