Rinse and scrub the potatoes and cut them into ¼ inch slices.
Arrange the slices in an oven-safe sauté pan, and bake them for 25 minutes until the top of the potatoes are golden brown.
Remove the pan from the oven and Spoon the prepared alfredo sauce on the potatoes. Sprinkle the top with parmesan and return to the oven for 3-5 minutes.
