Sweet Peach Tea Glaze
- 2 bags preferred Iced Tea
- 12 oz. bottle Peach Syrup
Air-Fried Sweet Potatoes
- 12 oz. sweet potatoes, cut into 1" pieces
- 2 tbsp. avocado oil
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
In a small saucepan, combine peach syrup & tea bags. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium & simmer until syrup thickens, about 20 minutes. Strain & discard tea bags, reserving syrup.
While syrup is cooking, combine sweet potatoes & oil in a medium mixing bowl; toss until well-coated. Transfer potatoes to air fryer basket & air fry at 400°F for 14-16 minutes, or until golden brown, shaking halfway through. Return to mixing bowl & toss in cinnamon sugar seasoning. Portion potatoes as desired. Drizzle with sweet peach tea glaze & sprinkle with crushed pecans, if desired.
