1½lbs.Farmer's Promise Russet potatoes, scrubbed and wedged lengthwise
2tbsp.olive oil
1tsp.steak seasoning
½tsp.garlic salt
½tsp.onion salt
2tbsp.fresh minced parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 475-degrees. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, steak seasoning, garlic salt and onion salt. Transfer to a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes; turn potatoes over. Bake an additional 12-15 minutes, or until tender and golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Russets are the perfect potato for this recipe because they stay crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
