- Cooking spray
- 2 each Farmer's Promise potatoes
- 2 tbsp. bacon fat
- 1 tbsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
- ½ c. Sour Cream
- ½ tbsp. chipotle peppers, canned in adobo sauce, chopped fine
Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F
Slice potatoes lengthwise into ¼-inch slices.
Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Place potatoes in basket and brush with melted bacon fat.
Sprinkle potatoes evenly with Montreal steak seasoning.
Cook potatoes for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
While potatoes cook, mix sour cream with chipotle peppers. For a milder sauce, use less peppers.
