Steakhouse Potatoes with Caramelized Onions

Ingredients
- 4-5 each Farmer's Promise potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small Farmer's Promise onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh mined rosemary
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, onion, salt and pepper.
- Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes or until fork-tender.
- Sprinkle with rosemary. Serve with desired dipping sauce.
