Grilled Yellow Potato Planks

Ingredients

  • 4 Farmer's Promise Yellow potatoes, unpeeled
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. steak seaoning
  • Green onions, if desired

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Wash potatoes and cut into ½-inch thick slices.
  • Combine oil, garlic, salt and steak seasoning in a bowl. Add potato slices and turn until well coated.
    Grill potatoes for 8 minutes, or until soft; turn over and continue grilling about 10 minutes longer, until cooked through. Remove from grill and serve.

Notes

If desired, you can also grill the green onions! Drizzle green onions with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste; grill about 2 minutes per side.
If you’d prefer to cook these inside, you can use a grill pan and cook them on your stovetop.
